Christina is a 2006 graduate of Golden Gate University School of Law with specializations in Public Interest and Environmental Law. At GGU, Christina was enrolled in and then served as the first teaching assistant for the school's Environmental Law and Justice Clinic. While at the Clinic, Christina worked with low income and minority community organizations in preparing public comments to the U.S. EPA on its Environmental Justice Program and citizen petitions under the Clean Air Act to address facility violations or air quality rules. Christina also worked as a legal intern at the Sierra Club, Earthjustice, and the San Francisco City Attorney's Energy and Telecommunications Team.
As a law student, Christina was the recipient of several awards, including the Michael H. Remy Scholarship from the California Bar Association Environmental Law Section, the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Legal Writing, a GGU Merit Scholarship, and a Public Interest Law Foundation grant for her work with the San Francisco City Attorney.
Prior to joining Lozeau Drury, Christina was an associate attorney at Erickson Arbuthnot in Oakland, California, practicing California civil litigation. Christina received her undergraduate degree in International Relations and Environmental Policy from the University of California at Berkeley in 1998, where she was a Regents Scholar.
